Merchandise Authorization Policies

Contour Design offers a 30-day money back guarantee on
all of our products. If within 30-days, you are not satisfied with
the product, you can return it for exchange or full credit (minus
shipping fees). Returned product must be complete and in the original
packaging. Products not returned complete and in original packaging
may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This applies only of the
mouse was purchased direct from Contour Design. If you purchased the
mouse from a reseller, you must contact them for a RMA. If the
product is defective and returned within the 30-days, Contour Design
will pay freight to get the new unit to you. (This applies to
standard Ground deliveries, faster delivery services may be arranged
by our service representative at the time of the authorization.)
Once an RMA is given, it must be received at our
location within 7 to 10 business days. The customer is responsible
for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept COD shipments. No
refunds are given for freight charges. RMA's not received in 7-10
business days will not receive credit.
After 30-days, if you choose to return the product it
is handled under our 1 year warranty for exchange or repair only. No
credits are issued after 30-days. Contour Design will swap sizes only
if the original product is defective. Freight charges will apply for
the new product delivery under our standard freight fee schedule.
Dealers are extended to 45 days for returned
merchandise credit and up to 180 days for stock balance exchanges.
Stock balances are for even exchanges only (Same priced items) on new
un-opened product. Contour Design will charge a 15% restocking fee if
the product is damaged or defaced (ie. Stickers, writing, dealer
UPC's, etc.) and/or if the product is returned after the 45 days.
Dealer is expected to pay freight both directions unless a special
freight contract has been previously arranged.
In order to qualify for any of our return policies, an
RMA number must be assigned by Contour Design. Deliveries made to
Contour Design for return/exchange without and RMA number will be
refused and returned to sender. RMA numbers are obtained by calling
or e-mailing Contour Design.

returned to:

You must include your return shipping and contact
information in the box and a description of the reason for return.
Also, a copy of your original invoice should be included for all
warranty repairs, exchanges, and credits.
