Internet and WiFi are critical to every business. Meter is building the software, operations, and hardware solutions to make getting online easier. Our mission is to make companies of all sizes more productive and secure through providing great internet infrastructure. We are looking for people who are excited to work on complex problems, enjoy learning and working with others, and above all, are kind and ambitious. We are building for the long term and just getting started. We'd love your help.
This role will be focused on helping scale the Meter Network Dashboard. Dashboard is at the core of how our user’s manage and observe their networks. Meter’s mission is to make businesses more productive and secure through providing best-in-class internet infrastructure. The Product Operations team delivers on that goal by building and operating systems that seamlessly deliver Meter networks to customers at scale. In 2022, we deployed Meter’s wifi and internet products across hundreds of customer sites in the US and Canada. We have developed the operational capacity necessary to meet customer demand anywhere in North America, and to provide experiences that turn customers into strong advocates for Meter.
We must continue increasing Meter’s operational capacity to match the ongoing growth we expect of our business. To do so, we are hiring an Operations Program Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited to join an agile team, work cross-functionally, and implement and refine the runbooks we’ve developed to make deployments scalable and high quality.
We welcome remote candidates who are based in the United States to apply. We expect remote hires to spend at least two weeks in San Francisco onboarding in-person.
