Meter’s mission is to make businesses more productive and secure through providing best-in-class internet infrastructure. One of our products – Meter Connect – helps businesses procure and manage internet for all their locations, via Internet Service Providers (ISPs). The Connect Operations team is responsible for building and operating the systems that allow us to deliver connectivity to our customers at scale. In 2022 alone, we ordered, installed and supported hundreds of ISP connections for our customers across the US and Canada.
Increasing our operational capacity and throughput for ISPs will be critical to unlocking ongoing growth for Meter’s business - every Meter Network must be powered by an ISP. We are hiring a Product Operations Lead to spearhead this effort, and more broadly turn Connect Operations into a strategic differentiator for Meter.
