Our Technical Support Engineering team is critical to meeting this expectation. The team is small but growing, and as an early member you will have a large impact in forming the foundation of the Technical Support Engineering team and role.

You will work across our full networking product stack and will serve as the subject matter expert for security, firewall, and VPN escalations.

This is a hybrid role based out of our SF office.

  • Acting as the technical resolution owner
  • Reviewing reported issues and collaborating with internal teams to accurately scope the problem
